Automatic Goods out

General

The Automatic Goods Issue is used for the project to clear stocks once a day after packing. Automatic goods issue is used for loading and goods issue.

The "ProcessCaller" function is set up and starts the automatic goods issue at the agreed time.

The settings described vary depending on the customer and are only an example.


Settings

  • Server = customer server

  • Data directory = D:\COGLAS\APP\PROD\processcaller

  • Windows task scheduling:

    • Profile Name = "Coglas-Cloud ProcessCaller customer name"

    • Interval = Every day at 23:00


Prerequisites

The following requirements must be met for the customer order to be processed for automatic goods issue.

Sales order with status "Packed"

Status is set on a project-specific basis.

Sales order field "Transport.forwarder" is filled.

Field must not be empty. Mandatory field for "Loading".

Sales order field "Transport.tour no." is empty.

Field must be empty.

Reserved stocks are available in system zone "Provision WA".

Stocks outside the system zone are ignored. Partial dispatch possible.


Customer order with status "Partial dispatch"

The sales order was not completely processed for loading / goods issue. Not all storage units may have been available at the time.

Subsequent goods issue

Sales order has the status "Partial dispatch"

  1. Check that all reserved sales order storage units are in the "Provision WA" system zone.

  2. Check sales order field "Transport.forwarder". Field must be filled.

  3. Check sales order field "Transport.tour no.". Empty the field and enter a new value. The new value must not have previously existed as a tour no.

  4. Check customer order field "Transport.partial dispatch permitted". The checkbox must be activated.

  5. Load menu and search for the new tour no. Select the tour and [Start loading].

  6. Outgoing goods menu. Window should have been opened for "Start loading". Press the [Book out] button.

  7. Completion - Check sales order should now have the status "Completed".

If there are still storage units for the customer order without loading / goods issue, the process can be repeated for subsequent partial dispatch. Only the tour no. must always be clearly maintained.
