Blocking lists

General

Stock records contained in blacklists are not available for order reservations. A blacklist always contains a reason and an optional note. No stock from other clients may be included in the blocked list.

Predefined blocking reasons:

• Stock expired

• Stock damaged

• Warehouse damaged

• Quantity variance

• Not specified

• Inspection necessary

• Quality assurance

Blacklists can be deactivated if they lose their validity. It is not possible to delete a blacklist.
