Event: Book storage units in zone

General

A storage unit is to be transferred from a specified source zone to a target zone in COGLAS. The process should be checked regularly by interval. The booking takes place with an automatic transport acknowledgement.

The event can be used in different ways:

  • Transfer from zone A to zone B

  • Deregistration from zone A to goods booked out

  • Derecognition from zone A to destroyed goods

General conditions:

  • Reserved stock

    • The event checks whether a stock allocation exists for the storage unit content.

    • If a stock status exists, it is cancelled.

    • The booking for the event is then executed.

  • Storage unit with active transport

    • The event checks whether there is a transport to the storage unit.

    • If a transport exists, it is cancelled.

    • The booking for the event is then executed.
