Event: Book storage units in zone
General
A storage unit is to be transferred from a specified source zone to a target zone in COGLAS. The process should be checked regularly by interval. The booking takes place with an automatic transport acknowledgement.
The event can be used in different ways:
Transfer from zone A to zone B
Deregistration from zone A to goods booked out
Derecognition from zone A to destroyed goods
General conditions:
Reserved stock
The event checks whether a stock allocation exists for the storage unit content.
If a stock status exists, it is cancelled.
The booking for the event is then executed.
Storage unit with active transport
The event checks whether there is a transport to the storage unit.
If a transport exists, it is cancelled.
The booking for the event is then executed.
Event preparation
Event is planned with a source and/or a target zone.
To do this, check whether the required zones have been created and assigned to the topology.
Event centre
The role right = Administrator is required for the menu!
Menu = System - Administrator - Event centre
Press [Add event centre position] to create a new event.

Event execution control
Menu = System - Administrator - Event centre
The role right = Administrator is required for the menu!
"Last date of event" field. The date for the field indicates when the last execution of the event was planned. If the date is not current, the status of the event must be checked (TIMER periods correct? etc.).
Example: Event - Automatically clear stock
For the example "Event - Automatically clear stock", the stock in zone A is to be cleared after "Goods cleared".
Based on the following data, the event is to be executed every 30s in 2024.
Book out stock from source to destination.
