Unplanned goods receiving

General

The unplanned goods receipt enables the receipt of unannounced goods without an order or delivery note.

It was primarily designed for handling loose bulk goods in blocks. The goods can be booked in any quantity to a storage bin to be selected. A packaging unit or a loading aid can be selected as an option.

Description

Register

Book the item and the quantity entered into the selected target storage bin. For bulk goods, a mixed assignment to a specific storage or block location is also possible.

Lock target place

This function can be used to block an occupied storage bin for further putaways.

The stock qualifications are transferred to a blocked list and therefore serve as an identifier for the stock characteristic - different information cannot be added until the blocked list has been deactivated or the corresponding item has been deleted.

When the block is set, a unique batch number is also generated and set for the stock. This is, for example, L:B07/19-04-16 and is made up of the following components: L:Abbreviation of storage node (here block 07)/date of the block in the format YY-MM-DD.
