Users

General

To ensure efficient use of COGLAS, we recommend creating separate user accounts for each department. This can be done both manually and via an interface. Administrators have full control over user management, which allows them to easily create new user accounts or customise existing accounts. The editor can be opened simply by clicking on a user. For special requirements, we offer the option of creating customised roles. This enables customised assignment of authorisations to ensure that each user can make optimum use of the required functions.

Login by barcode or QR code

Users can log in to the COGLAS WEB WMS using a barcode or QR code. The code must contain the warehouse, user name and password in the correct format.

Format of the barcode

The barcode or QR code must be created according to the following scheme:

CODE
WAREHOUSE\tUSERNAME\tPASSWORD\n

The \t stands for a tab character that automatically forwards the input to the next input mask.
The \n stands for Enter and confirms the input, whereby the login is executed.

Example

The correct input for the warehouse Warehouse user User1 and the password TRZ09!#34 looks like this:

CODE
Warehouse\tUser1\tTRZ09!#34\n

Login via barcode

  1. Generate barcode or QR code: Use the above format.

  2. Start COGLAS WEB WMS: Open the login page and click in the first field (Warehouse).

  3. Scan barcode: The barcode contains the login data and enables direct access.
