General
Loading aids are items or devices used to facilitate the transport and storage of goods.
Examples of loading aids include cartons, Euro pallets, roll containers, wire mesh boxes, and crates.
These loading aids play a crucial role in warehouse and logistics management as they help improve efficiency and safety in handling goods. They enable goods to be neatly stacked, easily moved, and protected from damage.
In COGLAS, loading aids are required for most processes.

Suitable for LHM Accounts | Selection field: It can be chosen whether the loading aid is suitable for LHM accounts. |
Deactivate | Selection field: The loading aid can be deactivated. |
Max. Item Width | The maximum item width that can be loaded on the loading aid can be specified in meters. |
Max. Item Length (Depth) | The maximum item length/depth that can be loaded on the loading aid can be specified in meters. |
Max. Item Height | The maximum item height that can be loaded on the loading aid can be specified in meters. |
Max. Number of Items | The maximum number of items that can be loaded on the loading aid can be specified. |
Area Restriction | It can be specified in which area the loading aid is allowed to be used. |
Carrier Restriction | It can be specified which carrier is allowed to use the loading aid. |
