Attachments

General

In the Attachments section of the Coglas software, our system offers you the flexibility to upload various file types, enabling you to easily access important documents like data security sheets centrally and without complications. By default, the maximum size for individual file attachments is limited to about 3 MB. However, we understand that different requirements may exist. Therefore, we offer you the option to customize this limitation. For such customization, we engage in dialogue with you to meet your specific needs and ensure optimal use of our software.

Document types

When attachments are added, a type can also be assigned to the attachment. Types can be maintained under Input Options . The following options are available for attachment types:

• Export accompanying document (EAD)

• Pro forma invoice
