Minimum stock level preview
General
The Minimum stock level preview displays an overview of the item's stock status. Each item has a data row showing its stock status and whether the stock level is above or below the maintained minimum stock level.
You can adjust the order quantity using the Minimum stock level preview. Additionally, a selected item can be used with the [Add goods in order] function.

The entries displayed here correspond to the maintained item master; see the chapter “Item Master: Minimum Stock Data Maintenance”. The overview displays items by supplier and can be refined using additional filters.
[Add goods in order] button:
A Goods in order with an item line is created for a selected item number.
Note: The Goods in order is created immediately. The generated order must be opened manually via the Goods in order menu.

In the Goods in data menu, order quantities are entered for the item. For completeness, the equipment type and a supplier must be specified.

Add Order
Button [Add goods in order]
Orders can be created regardless of their status.
To do this, select an item from the list and check the corresponding checkbox. If necessary, the order quantity can be adjusted. Clicking the [Add goods in order] button automatically creates the order with the corresponding master data. A footnote message displays a success message confirming the order has been created. The order appears in the Goods in order menu with the status Created.
The order is recorded with the following header data:
Creation date
Number
Client
Supplier
Purchase date
Planned goods in date (calculated from Purchase date + delivery time)
Additional data can be entered as needed.
For the item data, the quantity and loading equipment are automatically transferred.
