ERP storage location

COGLAS offers you the option of managing various storage locations in your warehouse. This also includes the management of ERP storage locations.

When goods are stored, transferred or retrieved to or from an ERP warehouse, messages can be sent to or received from the ERP via an interface if required.

You can manage your ERP storage locations via the system → Strategies → Zonevalues→ ‘ERP storage location’.

The assignment of ERP storage locations to logical topology nodes is carried out as usual for other features via the zones.

The ERP storage location can be used, for example, to separate accounting areas or planning points if the stocks for these are not managed separately but in one COGLAS warehouse.

Output interfaces

If required, the COGLAS system generates a message via the interface for the ERP as required. The ‘StockTransformation’ message transmits comprehensive information on the stock and the associated ERP storage location in the event of stock changes or movements between ERP storage locations.

The ERP storage location is also included in the ArticleStockSum message (total stock quantities)..
